The company was founded in 1920, manufacturing internal combustion engines and pumps. Soon its activity was directed exclusively towards pumps.
In 1966 the firm was set up in Zarautz, where its headquarters are at present located, on 70,000 m2 of land, of which 21,000 m2 are occupied by buildings, with the possibility to expand following the needs of the company.
From the start there has been a constant evolution in product and technology. The reseach directed at the new pumping solutions and the standardization of components and products has made possible rapid service, together with a high quality competitive product.
ITUR Pumps evolves in all aspects. Its logo has also changed, in order to project the quality and the leadership which have enabled it to win the trust of the most demanding markets.
ITUR Pumps is in the process of extending its Delegations in Spain and overseas, in order to provide a more complete service for its clients.
